Well done to the 10 teams of budding cyclists who attended this year’s cycling festival at Church Langley Primary School on Friday morning; the weather was great and the children had a great time taking part in a range of cycling activities. School staff were delighted to see the pupils working well as a team to complete a series of endurance and obstacle races. #
Teams taking part were: The Downs, Pemberley x 2, Holy Cross x 2, Henry Moore x 2, Hare Street x 2 and Church Langley.
Partnership Manager, David Stacey and SGO, Luke Hammond were delighted to inform all involved that the Harlow Schools Association has been granted a further £2000 which was used to purchase 5 new bikes and 15 new helmets; these will supplement the 10 cycles that are already being used across Harlow to support children taking part in local bikeability schemes.
