Multicultural Dance Festival Fun

Once again, Primary Sports Partnership Manager, David Stacey was given thanks to the fabulous Saint Nicholas School for hosting the annual multicultural dance festival and heaping praise on the fantastic performances on show. The 6 teams of children were unbelievably amazing, with their varied and uniquely talented dances – staff and parents were left in awe at the talent on display.

Phil Tucker, from Saint Nicholas, was thanked again for his continued dedication and support of this event – they are magnificent hosts, providing an amazing space for the pupils to really shine; the refreshments provided afterwards are hugely popular as well!

Pupils from Church Langley, Freshwaters, Henry Moore, Saint Nicholas and Tanys Dell all showcased their different dances; the children loved watching each other perform. In what has become a tradition at this event, the afternoon is punctuated by a collective dance perform, where the wonderful staff of Freshwaters (Miss Marchant and Miss Lunn) helped to choreography a group performance to their Michael Jackson medley. Not only was it exhausting (for us mature people) but the pupils loved mixing up and working alongside new friends. A truly wonderful afternoon of collaboration and talent. Well done to all!
