Superstars Festival – huge numbers attend

Once again, the school staff and organisers of Harlow’s Primary School Sport, surpassed themselves with the largest ‘Superstars Festival’.  21 teams of pupils with additional needs took part in a morning of multisport games on the astro at Church Langley Primary School. The children, who were guided by some amazing Year 6 Sports Leaders from Church Langley (many of whom have additional needs themselves) rotated through a series of activities: boccia, hockey, football, bench ball, gym equipment/play equipment, basketball and golf.

There were some fantastic comments by school staff, who were able to share the positive experiences. A big thank you to everyone at Church Langley Primary School for being so helpful and accommodating.

Teams taking part: Church Langley x 2, Cooks Spinney, Fawbert and Barnard, Hare Street x 2, Harlowbury, Hatfield Heath, Henry Moore x 2, Holy Cross, Milwards, Nazeing x 2, Pear Tree Mead, Pemberley x 2, Potter Street x 2, Purford Green, St Nicholas, The Downs and Water Lane.
