Harlow School Sports Partnership

Despite a few hiccups with teams arriving late, at the wrong venue, with the incorrect number of teams and players, the children who attended the Years 3 and 4 Netball at Passmores had a great time. The weather was kind, and the children enjoyed an afternoon of friendly matches, where the focus was upon player development rather than scores. A big thank you to all the school staff, who enabled the children to improve through on-court coaching and ‘balancing’ any uneven play by stepping in to help. Thanks also to Passmores staff for helping to ensure the courts had the correct equipment and to the Sports Leaders from Passmores, who umpired throughout the afternoon.

Teams involved were: Church Langley, Hare Street x 2, Harlowbury, Henry Moore x 2, Jerounds x 2, Kingsmoor x 2, Latton Green, Little Parndon x 2, Longwood, Pemberley x 2, Potter Street, Roydon, St Nicholas and The Downs.
