Friday morning, saw an incredible 16 teams, 33 Sports leaders and nearly 200 pupils attend the LAST event of an incredibly busy calendar year – the annual Mini Olympics festival which took place on the astro at Church Langley Primary School. Despite the heat, we managed to get round most of the activities, stopping for a mid-session break with ice pops provided by the Harlow and District Sports Association. The music and the fantastic Year 6 Sports Leaders from Church Langley, helped to keep the children on task. A big thank you to all the school staff for supporting this event and to the organisers, once again, for enabling so many children from across our town to have such a wonderful experience.
