Wow! A very busy day at the annual dodgeball qualifying event. A huge thank you to the 35 teams of pupils from Years 5 and 6 who participated in this year’s events at Mark Hall Sports Centre. The standard across both morning and afternoon event was very high, with terrific athleticism shown.
As ever, thank you to the school staff and event staff for organising the vast numbers of children and matches – we managed to get through 90 matches (that’s 270 games) in just under 4 hours. A fantastic effort by all involved.
Congratulations to the teams who finished as one of the top two in their group and will now return next Friday for the Finals event and the chance to represent Harlow in the Essex County Finals.
